Flame Tochi Top × 1-Piece Ash Body
Featuring a beautifully figured Flame Tochi top, this model showcases one of Japan’s most highly regarded native tonewoods. Known for its striking grain patterns and elegant visual depth, Tochi responds exceptionally well to finishing, allowing the natural figuring to stand out with remarkable character.
The body itself is crafted from a luxurious 1-piece Ash body, a material that has become increasingly difficult to source in recent years. The combination of Flame Tochi and solid Ash delivers a balanced tonal character with clarity, resonance, and excellent articulation.
Madagascar Rosewood Fingerboard × Quarter Sawn Flame Maple Neck
This model features a rare Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard, a highly sought-after material that has become increasingly scarce over time. No longer offered on regular production models, its inclusion is reserved exclusively for limited-production show instruments such as this.
The Quarter Sawn Flame Maple neck has been carefully selected from high-grade pieces displaying beautiful flame figuring that extends all the way through the headstock. The result is an instrument with both visual elegance and exceptional neck stability.
Mojotone® ATQ60 Tele® Pickups
For the pickup configuration, Momose selected Mojotone®, the renowned hand-wired pickup manufacturer based in North Carolina, USA.
The installed ATQ60 Tele® set is based on Mojotone’s celebrated “TL Clone ’52” pickups, specially customised by Deviser for integration into their own instruments. The result is a refined Tele-style tone with excellent clarity, warmth, and dynamic response while retaining classic vintage-inspired character.
