Refund policy

At Black Crane, every instrument is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for guitars and accessories in their original, unplayed condition. Items must be:

- In original packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and hardware
- Free from signs of play, wear, or modification
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our instruments, all returns are subject to a SGD 150 restocking fee for guitars. Accessories are eligible for a full refund if returned unused and unopened.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable:
- Special orders or custom-configured instruments
- Items marked as final sale
- Strings, picks, and consumable accessories (for hygiene reasons)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your instrument arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at info@blackcraneguitars.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
