Service Terms

Black Crane performs all services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with established professional practice.

Pre-existing wear, damage, modifications, or structural concerns identified at intake are not covered under liability.

Customer-supplied parts and strings may be installed upon request; however, Black Crane is not responsible for any defects or performance issues arising from such components.

Should additional issues be identified during servicing, we will inform you before proceeding with any further work.

Completion timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on workload, parts availability, or technical complexity.

Black Crane is not liable for the failure of aged components, concealed defects, prior modifications, or structural conditions not reasonably detectable during initial inspection.

Instruments not collected within sixty (60) days from notification may be subject to storage charges. Uncollected items may be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore regulations.
